Presentation of Research Projects TWIN-RELECT & COIN-3D



We are pleased to invite you to the presentation of the research projects TWIN-RELECT and COIN-3D, which focus on the design and development of reliable electronic systems through the use of advanced semiconductor technologies

The projects aim to develop innovative methodologies and tools for evaluating and enhancing the reliability of electronic systems across critical application domains, including space, automotive, energy, and healthcare. In this context, they leverage modern VLSI technologies, 2.5D/3D chiplet architectures, and advanced Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
